Impossible to do "non witch festival" writ

Hi I got extra writs with my event tickets but this was one of the random drops:



And this is one of those alchemy recipes impossible to do.

I would like it to be exchanged or refund of my "wasted" event ticket because this can not be rng, it is not even related with witches festival

Like someone else said, it's not impossible: Nightsade, Nirnroot, and Spider Egg will create this poison.

Use Alkahest or the Poison base liquid inline with the requested level.
