All the delves outside the base game are pretty incredible. Nchuleftingth in Vvardenfell stands out as a favorite that I revisit frequently.

Most of the post base-game ones are amazing, like others have said.

Death's Valor Keep in High Isle is pretty cool. Mostly because it feels like a traditional "dungeon" aesthetic, and I think the ancient High Isle/Breton ruins architecture set is beautiful and underused. I rarely go there, but I do love it.

Gloomreach was fun! I love how it has exits into both The Reach zone and Arkngthzand Cavern zone. That was a fun idea. I'd love to see more of this sort of thing in the future.

Dragonhome in Western Skyrim is another favourite, for the same reason as Death's Valor Keep. I still think it should be a gate to High Rock, though.

There is the Delve in Craglorn that's around the cliffs that's really nice.

Sounds like Howling Sepulchers. I loved that one because of the juxtaposition of cultures (ancient nedes on the lower level, nord burials higher up), and because it really feels like its right on the border of Skyrim.

Delves tend to be bit.. forgettable. And that's not necessarily bad because when a delve tries to be different players get to enjoy playing hide and seek in a multilevel maze. Summerset has some of those.

Yeah when delves are just grind for skyshards on alts and then grind for dailies, "design" just tends to be frustrating. But now that I take my time to enjoy them, they really are beautiful and well-designed. Fun to just explore. They crap all over base-game delves, frankly!
