guild traders problem: purchase not delivered

Okay on PS4. purchased a pretty spendy item for over 5000K. the trader deducted the money but I've got nothing in my inventory or in mail. Is there some kinda time delay on this system before the goods are delivered??? Never had this problem while playing on my computer. How do I get my goodies???

The mail doesn't always come right away, but you can trigger it by switching zones or going into an instance (like the Outlaw refuge or one of your houses)

1. Travel to a different zone
2. Log out and back in
3. Put in a ticket with the Trader, item and cost

Any of the above should work

thank you. relogging worked. sure hope do not have to do that every time I purchase!

Np, you shouldn’t have to do it more then a couple times a year. I find that right after Trader flip with events going on I have that issue. enjoy that item !

Go into a Outlaw Refuge, enter a player house (or preview one), or go to a different zone. No need to relog, but yes, you'll usually need to do one of those three things to get your mail to show up.
