Glenmoril Wyrd treasure maps and matching styles

Has anyone put together a full list of which map leads to which weapon style?
From the ones I've opened:
Auridon : staff
Reapers March : bow
Glenumbra : dagger

Unfortunately I've had a lot of duplicates. I'll edit this post to include additional maps if people post them.

They dropped during the Witches Festival event in October. If you want to get them now, you'll need to buy them from other players, or wait until the event comes around again in a few months.
