Hello, I made this thread so we can all here just express our appreciation to Zenimax and their customer service. I personally would love to thank the department responsible for banning/suspending players as well as responsible for sending and information what's the reason behind it. I truly believe the way Zenimax Online Studios handles their customers in this situation is truly breathtaking as me and few of my friends that haven't been playing ESO actively recently just learnt we're suspended when we tried to log in to our accounts, and what's more - received no information what is the reason, how we can appeal or anything else. We received no email information whatsoever and yet we can't do anything, truly marvelous

That said, I can't believe how trash account managment from ZoS side is since we've seen a similar case not so long ago.
Anyway, I hope all responsible have a horrendous day and start paying more attention how other companies handle that. Except Gina, Gina is cool
