10%+ CPU Client on Login Screen Idling

I played for a while and then let the game logout by itself and left it. A couple of hours later, I noticed my CPU was being used, even though the computer is just sitting doing nothing. My Win10 Task Manager shows ESO, in the login screen before being logged in - and doing nothing, using over 10% of my CPU.

You might want to fix that login screen to not be so heavy on the system for absolutely no reason at all.
