Could use other furnishings/foliage to hide the corpses (or just bury the bases of the saplings) and be able to enjoy the nice trees without the gory bits ruining the aesthetic.
(I take more issue with the high prices of the saplings myself. Would love to have a gruesome corpse garden of 'em, but not gonna break my bank over it!)

Just because you have a different idea of "luxury" than the Reachmen and Witches do....
(and again, they're two-week cycles. If you didn't like last week's stuff, you weren't going to like this week's. Based on Bowd's links above, if they don't add any Elseweyr stuff to the cycle, next two weeks should be "hunting" themed - hanging carcasses, mounted animal heads, etc.)
