But to answer your question, most likely not. ZoS doesn't really do a lot of banning unless you are blatantly exploiting (vAS+2 is the most recent one I remember). They care about your money more than they do about banning.

More likely means the server is melting again.

You say nothing about server or platform but if PC/EU then it's likely just a server burb. Just log on again, though you may have to wait a minute due to new log in restrictions in U24.

I've been getting kicked pretty regularly and now with the "that char is already logged in" change it's even more annoying. Lag spikes 999+ PCNA

Well we can all (all of us on PC/EU anyway) look forward to a lot of swearing tonight with the log in queue in place. Considering how temperamental the server have been all morning at low population I dread how it'll tonight. Just glad I got my necessary dailies done already.

I just lost 2 event tickets today after a group of people almost kill the dragon and i got game freezed because 999+. Log in back and my first dragon of the day is gone.

Problem is that won't give them tickets. They're likely logged for the first boss kill of the day for that dragon and that's when the tickets drop, so killing another will make no difference ticket wise.
Making them part of the loot rather than have them drop into iventory automatically was truth be told a dumb move on ZOS' part considering the state of the server.

Okay, if that is true then yes that is a problem. And I imagine it could be resolved via a respectful support ticket, as it was just a bad coincidence. Though, getting kicked from the server seems to be more prevalent than it ever has.

That's daily life for me (ps4 na). In nearly every dungeon or hell just questing.. I get booted for spamming (game freezes and sometimes I'm not aware of it unless I'm in a fight and freeze). Frustrating and sad that this is a common part of gameplay in ESO.

Send a ticket in. they've replaced my tickets because of this issue.
