ESO Plus Not Signing In

Greetings,

I just reinstalled the ESO, went to the ESO Plus, chose the montly subscription, and a sign-in for Playstation comes up. Trying to sign in didn't accept my password, so I submitted for a new one. I got the code verification on my phone, entered it and all that comes up is "An error has occured," and there's nothing else. I repeated this several times, but I get the same error message. Any ideas what's going on?

Sorry, I'm on a PC. Should have stated so. I think, however, the purchase will work once I'm running the game. Thanks!
