1st Person Visual Bug With "Vesture of Draloc Brae's" Set

The 5-piece bonus of the "Vesture of Draloc Brae's" set only activates when crouching and makes your character sparkle with purple and gold sparks, when not crouching the 5-piece effect goes away and so does the sparkle effect, but this is only the case when in 3rd person view. When in 1st person view the sparkle never dissipates, even when not crouching. It's a rather bothersome bug to say the least when you're playing in 1st person view.

I will add by saying that if this is in fact a "feature" and not a bug, then it certainly should be changed nonetheless. The 3rd person sparkles present a nice visual indicator of the 5-piece bonus' activation, but if there is never a time when the sparkles are not present in 1st person then that visual indicator becomes worthless.
