Everlasting Magic passive extends the duration of Entropy, but doesn't increase the damage. Making this DoT even weaker.

Did you check the actual damage against an enemy? The tooltip could just be wrong. Last time I checked, adding points into this passive did not decrease the damage per tick, and with additional ticks it ended up being more damage total.
