Black Screen upon Startup

When the new patch dropped, my game switched from windowed (full screen) to just fullscreen. When I change it back, I get a black video screen but audio works and the game is running. Is there a fix for this?

There could be an issue with your "UserSettings.txt" file leading to the black screen when launching in windowed (full screen. Recreating this file may help resolve your issue.- Navigate to the Documents folder. (It'll be under favorites in the Finder option)
- Documents\ElderScrollsOnline\Live\
- In the Live folder you will find "UserSettings.txt".
- Create a backup then delete the text file.
- Open the ESO launcher and run a repair.
