There's a room in a palace in that game which is locked until you hit a certain level.
That room contains the daedric artefact known as The Ebony Blade. Easiest daedric quest ever BTW.A dude who likes tanking.

bossonova420✭✭I made it there and I think behind it is Hiijar's piece …. one of the pieces of history of 12 all together. however I am stuck on this one as well I have found all the other pieces... there was no key I could find there and I looked around for other ways or something and I could not find anything on it besides here...….. and I google a lot lol. -

To save your effort I can say that the Hiijara´s piece on the upper level. Some sort fo balcony where it hungs. Stairs up and so on.The wind is cold where I live,
