Game Has Chinese or Japanese Characters And Can't Change It

I was installing missing dependencies on my addons and my entire game changed to some strange chinese or japanese characters and now for the life of me I can't get out of it. If I disable addons (guessing at what clicks I need to click) it does nothing. Can anyone help? I'm afraid if I uninstall the entire game and reinstall it will just still be there as it's a system registry setting or something.

lkn4truthSoul ShrivenOk, yes, this was a Korean addon and a Korean language set I installed through Minion because it was in my addons and said it needed to be installed. I'm all fixed! LOL0
