Is the'Pair you with other MMR ppl, after xyz wait time' functionality broken in BGs? Zos plz respond. Seems that way as i have had a number of guildies test it for me, and they get the BGs. But my MMR is really high. My longest wait time so far, b4 i gave up, was 1 hour 8 mins. Most of them are 40-50+ min wait, with a few 1/2 hour+ waits. Is this working as intended?

MMR has ruined bgs. I used to play bgs all the time. I almost never play it now. Extreme toxicity, tons of exploiting and cheating, long queues, and having PUGs fight against premades all have destroyed bgs beyond any sort of redemption.
A typical bgs for me is being put into a pug team with 2 other people who are very low level. I'm talking being with 2 others who are not even level 160 yet. Sometimes I'm blessed with a level 400. The two teams I fight against have a full 4-person team each with my team only having 3 including me. The two enemy teams are all level 810. They are all gold, all monster sets, all infinite CC exploits and all other cheats that exist. Tell me how this is fair or fun to fight against with my super low-level team. Of course, dealing with toxicity and cheating is not fun no matter what level one's team is.
It's not my teammate's fault they can't even use end-game armor yet but they're being thrown against max levels. 80 percent of my matches are with incredibly messed up situations like the one I described. I will not join a premade. It is cheating when a premade is fighting a PUG. Unacceptable. BGs is a cesspool of extreme toxicity. One time, my FIRST match of the day started out with us fighting for about 30 seconds and some guy on our team starts losing it. He says things like, "you are all useless garbage f****. Do you dumb f**** know each other?" This is tame compared to some of the other stuff that has happened to me and others I know. And it happens extremely often.
MMR is destroying bgs for many reasons. Long, unbearable queues is just one terrible part of it. Stop putting level 100s against max levels. Stop having pugs fight against the same decked-out premades over and over and over and over and over. And so on and so on.2 -

As to OP’s actual point, I do not have first hand knowledge, but I did hear the same question twice yesterday in guild chat. Seems like there is an issue. I would submit a bug report.

Artmetis✭✭✭Thanx, i did, and have had others test it who are low MMR.. their queue time was anywhere from 3 mins to 5 mins to even a 30 seconds...0
