Battleground waiting for players still bugged.

2 groups of 4 players, 1 group of 2. Waiting for nearly 10 minutes hoping to get kicked because it was not filling. The new patch notes say you would get kicked after 5 min if they don't fill and will not get the deserter penalty. Well it doesn't work, had to just leave, along with many others and now have 20 mins before I can queue again.
