Didn't that go live today?
Well that just not true. Summerset currently has the best gear, advancing yokeda was the best for a long time before elsweyr, velidreth was i thinl the second or third dlc. Vma weapons are the best mostly etcZOS will never do that. Gear from new $ DLC and chapters is always better than old ones. Nothing personal, just business.

You get False Gods from Cloudrest? Don't answer that.
Siroria and Rele are amazing for dummy parses. They're also really good in live content if you can actually run them, but they're far more cumbersome in practice. Now, if you can make 'em work, that's great, but both sets have high skill floors. Siroria puts you on a set schedule for when you want to walk around the room, or not die to a boss's telegraphs, and Rele punishes you brutally for light attacking anything other than the boss. So, they're both, conditionally, excellent sets. But, this, "they're BiS," approach doesn't reflect their limitation. For people who obsess over parses, they'll never see the limitations, and may not even notice them when they're in live.
i disagree with adding perfect versions because most of the early trials are so easy the distinction between normal and vet isn't worth making perfect gear for. Hof and Mol I feel could use some adjusting, in particular Moondancer could use a rework that makes it a bit more viable and fun to use, and master architect and war machine [mostly MA though] could use a buff because they're flimsy when you hold them up to lokkestiiz.

For siroria okay, its great if you know how to manage it and in certian situations, and for relequen its just is the best dps set for single traget. Its not even a debate and of course it has limitations like it should.....And have you forgot about the best healing set BY FAR in olorime. So yes Summerset has the best overall sets probably like ive said its close but you cant say the statement the person i answerd is right.
