Add Perfected gear to the older trials

Think going back and adding perfected gear to the old trials would be nice. If not all of them, then atleast MoL and HoF. And buff HoF gear a bit too while your at it.

i disagree with adding perfect versions because most of the early trials are so easy the distinction between normal and vet isn't worth making perfect gear for. Hof and Mol I feel could use some adjusting, in particular Moondancer could use a rework that makes it a bit more viable and fun to use, and master architect and war machine [mostly MA though] could use a buff because they're flimsy when you hold them up to lokkestiiz.

I wasnt also sure on the 3 crag trials but for sure HoF and MoL Perfected (buffs would be nice to but want to see perf more). Why? Its a nice goal and distinctive reward for completing the top content of the game.

Zos has continued to add latest and greatest gear to the more recent trial. It would seem counter productive to improve the older sets.

The request that would make sense is to have the leaderboard grant perfected gear of the latest trial. It worked like that for a period of time.

Nobody would farm HoF if they added Perfected gear to it. Its just not on par with lokestiz and only 3 classes can use it

ZOS will never do that. Gear from new $ DLC and chapters is always better than old ones. Nothing personal, just business.

Well that just not true. Summerset currently has the best gear, advancing yokeda was the best for a long time before elsweyr, velidreth was i thinl the second or third dlc. Vma weapons are the best mostly etc

It would make sense, even if the set as a whole needs a little adjusting to accommodate it, it would bring the older sets into line and make them more viable.

Some of the sets do not get the dungeon/trial/arena 5% buffs either, this is actually more frustrating than not having a perfected version and I think a higher priority.

You get False Gods from Cloudrest? Don't answer that.

Siroria and Rele are amazing for dummy parses. They're also really good in live content if you can actually run them, but they're far more cumbersome in practice. Now, if you can make 'em work, that's great, but both sets have high skill floors. Siroria puts you on a set schedule for when you want to walk around the room, or not die to a boss's telegraphs, and Rele punishes you brutally for light attacking anything other than the boss. So, they're both, conditionally, excellent sets. But, this, "they're BiS," approach doesn't reflect their limitation. For people who obsess over parses, they'll never see the limitations, and may not even notice them when they're in live.

I dislike the addition of perfected gear in the first place. It was one thing when it was AS with the perfected weapons from trials leaderboard rewards. Theyve gone overboard with it since then though. Drops are confusing. Literally every single time i need gear from a trial I have to ask someone which version I need to run. Also the imperfect gear is essentially throw away gear. Noone wants it forever. Id just prefer to to have one set that I can farm out, gold out and work on farming the jewelry for by completing vet.

Really Id like to see them drop multiple HM's for trials too. Its just unnecessary complication. Makes it harder to find groups as it splits the player base by what version they need or want to run. Like before you had normal, vet, vethm. Not you have n+0,1,2,3 then v+0,1,2,3. Thats 8 different versions of a trial you have players wanting to run.

I’d like this a lot. Dragonhold didn’t bring any new trials or arenas, so this is going to be a very dull 7 months while we wait for the next Chapter in May 2020. An incentive to revisit outdated content would be appreciated, and could maybe be accompanied by some updates to that content.

They could drop exclusively from vet HM and leaderboard rewards (the vAS model). Other than one-time achievements and score-pushing, there’s never been much of a reason to activate HM in places like vMoL and vHoF. I can only imagine how popular these would be if people could go get Perfected Alkosh and Moondancer. vHoF sets are probably going to be useless unless either they or Lokkestiiz gets and update to not share the Major Slayer buff.

Perfected Maelstrom and Master weapons would also be welcome. The effective HM for vMA could just be disabling sigils, while vDSA would need a content update to add a HM. Another 1pc bonus might actually make things like Master Daggers or Master Inferno Staff viable.

For siroria okay, its great if you know how to manage it and in certian situations, and for relequen its just is the best dps set for single traget. Its not even a debate and of course it has limitations like it should.....And have you forgot about the best healing set BY FAR in olorime. So yes Summerset has the best overall sets probably like ive said its close but you cant say the statement the person i answerd is right.

It should be buffed to this if anything:

(5 items) When you activate a synergy, you gain a shadow blessing that increases your Spell Damage by 448 and Magicka Recovery by 224 or a lunar blessing that increases your Magicka Recovery by 448 and Spell Damage by 224 for 30 seconds. You can only have one blessing active at a time.

Give it both effects on proc, but at half value to the one that has procced as above - So Lunar Blessing, the Magicka Recovery proc, gives half value of Shadow Blessing and vice versa.

Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.

Rele is the best stam DPS set on paper. No question. But, like I said, on paper. In practice, that single target spinup is something that is very situational. I've seen far too many players taking Rele into content that simply doesn't support it, blindly firing away, completely oblivious to the part where they're dropping their stacks on every mechanical interrupt.
