Second time today on PC NA I've been hit with 10 - 15 minute rollbacks.

    You and me both. I've been dc'd multiple times, just had a 10 minute rollback before checking on here. And the frequency of random loading screens is ridiculous. Whatever they extended maintenance for, it didn't work. This is way more unstable than Elsweyr launch was.
