Where do I find a "Lightening Staff" (decisive)?
At the guild stores, the staffs are divided into "Destruction Staff" and "Restoration Staff", but the "Woodworking crafting window" shows "Inferno Staff, " Ice Staff", "Lightening Staff" and Restoration Staff".
So, instead of 4 categories I can buy only two.
How do I find the staff which trait I want to research?
