Merciless Resolve seems broken

yeah you lose all your stacks after ending combat. You still keep the ability on after ending combat so you don't have to recast it every time, and it lasts 40 seconds now so it'll last you a few fights before you need to reapply, but yeah. dropping combat cuts your stacks.
