That's an automatic date, from what I'm assuming is when the topic was created. It then got edited and published today (if you look at the bottom you can see the edit date, which is today)

Yep, this. I started building things out Friday, but officially completed everything today. The date shown on posts is when the thread was created (though it was still in a private area).

Excuse my lack of knowledge but I can see the 20% nerf to daedric prey didn't make it into the finally patch, what ZOS trolling us?
