Climbing the Spire[BUG]

So I started the Stonefalls Main Quest, and when I entered the Instance of the Tormented Spire it got all very laggy.
Like very bad. Cyrodiil kind of bad. The few other Players there said they had the same Problems.
When we all got to the Part of the Quest, where we had to summon a Daedra, kill it and get a Key, it completely bugged out.
In like: We can't do anything. Can't summon the Daedra, can't kill it. Relogging doesn't help at all.
We're on PS4EU.
