The ancient Dragonguard set is supposed to be a new craftable set that come with the new dlc dragonhold. For what we know you need to finish the main quest of south elsweir to have access to the Dragonguard. headquarters. to unlock the crafting station you need to complete quest in this location and be able to get inside and be able to craft it. They say it’s a unique crafting station or set I think,my question is will it be tradable to other players?

Of course it will be. All craftable sets are. Remember, you can attune crafting stations to any set too, so even people without access to the DLC but access to their guild hall with all crafting stations can craft it.
This Bosmer was tortured to death. There is nothing left to be done.

Because they are saying in pts « Note: this set is unavailable until the Dragonguard headquarters is sufficiently restored »

So I guess you need to access the crafting station before buying a attune one

Your information isn't quite accurate. The Southern Elsweyr questline does count towards unlocking the crafting station for this set, however, you are not required to complete the entire thing to have access. The first quest takes you to the headquarters. Dailies that will count toward unlocking the crafting area become available with the second main quest. From there you have the option to complete the progression entirely through dailies if you so choose.

As for your question, I did craft the set and give it to someone who wanted to test it. So, yes, it is tradeable to other players.

I've completed the Dragonguard Sanctum three times, the third time I tested by doing exclusively dailies once they were unlocked.

Does anyone know how many traits are needed to craft?

Do you get both bonuses of 5th piece while below 50% or just 1 bonuse?

It's one or the other. When health is above 50%, you get a damage boost. When health is under 50%, you get a defense boost.

So I did the first two quests in the South and a daily.
The achievement is totally missing in the quest section.

It IS on my toon that did Northern zone first.

Is this a bug or must we also do the North to unlock as well?

Question - can I choose to attune a crafting station to this set without owning / completing the DLC (as stated as a possible workaround after the Dragon Rise event rewards)?

    @merevie

The achievement that tracks the Dragonguard Sanctum progress is entirely independent of Northern Elsweyr. If that is what you're looking for you can find it under Dragonhold > Quests. There are four parts to it...which part is active depends on how far in you are, but look for one of the following:

    A Call to Arms
    Restoring the Order
    Reforging the Dragonguard
    Dragonguard Operative

If you can access it, you can attune to it. After you have it placed in your home, you can use it regardless of what DLC you currently own. That being said, you will need to either own the DLC or have access to it through ESO plus in order to get to the stations. Doing this doesn't require you to complete the DLC, but you will have to do several quests and dailies to unlock it.

What do they mean by "sufficiently restored"? I finished the main quest line and it's still locked. Do we have to do a new paint job to the place or something?... Where's the contractor so we can make him spit more precise instructions than just saying vague stuff like "restore the place"! ;)

Ok it looked like the main quest was over (even for the map progress functionality), but actually I've just noticed that a certain Sidura is waiting near the ship in the sanctuary in order to give new "instructions".. :-)
