interior design of the plot

I'm looking for a person who arranges land nicely.

I have no idea how to arrange a plot (Coldharbour Surreal Estate).

I will say just try stuff, it is incredible what you can do in the open lots. The coldharbour place i built a hunting cabin up top, with all the normal trophies. Then i built a LONG pathway down to the lower limit of building, and mad a BIG cave that goes all the way around the bottom. The busts are on display down there, i built 2 fireplaces and there is a cool library.

Just take your time, maybe view some other peoples work, get a feel for what you want from the place. Main thing is its your land and you can do almost anything with it, basically the only limitation is your imagination.

If you can, try it out on the PTS first That might save you a lot of gold or crowns in the long run. With add-ons like EHT you can save your builds and import them back to the live server, so no worries about having to do something twice.

And yeah what krisor67 said above already - just try something out, and if you're stuck look at inspiration from here on the forums and on YouTube.

For the Moonsugar Meadow build that I ended up not actually realising on the live servers, it took me at least three tries to even just get a foundation I was somehow happy with. But from there I went and tried out stuff based on what I knew I wanted - I wanted a stairway to lead to the house, and I wanted windows and at least four rooms, so I tried to build something based on those ideas.
