Sucks so far. Sure you can slot dizzy for now and do ok on any stam class but that will be nerfed soon as well. Blastbones are dumb af. Very unreliable and the results are mediocre if not ignorable by the enemy.
I say no because many of the skills just don't work:
1. Blastbones is really bad, pvp or pve, and may or may not actually function.
2. The tether skills, especially the damage one, have all sorts of issues with corpse targeting, duration, and actually firing.
3. The damage tether was nerfed again in Dragon Hold
4. The Skeletal archer pet was heavily nerfed in Dragon Hold, not worth casting at this point.
5. You are left with weapon skills, and most of those have been nerfed into the ground
So really, if you want to do stam for PVP, choose another class. There is no expectation they will fix anything, and it is just not worth the hassle. Mag Necro is an order of magnitude worse.
Every patch my stamcro is losing one more source of damage. After the past nerfs to bleeds (my initial build was centered around bleeds), and now both Carve and Dizzying Swing getting nerfed, this stamcro of mine will probably get more DPS out of shouting insults at the ennemies than using whatever stamina skills it still has left.
Dawnbreaker is mostly unusable in PvP since they added that cast time, because the lag makes it fail to cast like 75% of the time if you are facing an actual group of ennemies. The whole animation plays, you hear the sound effect, but your ultimate never gets consummed, and the skill doesn't get cast at all. So, one less source of DPS.
I could swap from 2H to DW, but I already have a stamblade, and didn't want a second DW-centric toon, so that`s not really enticing.
Guess I might as well make it full troll-tank-mode now...
