Cant log into support account.

Im not sure if this is the right subforum, but i dont know where else to post this.
I want to send a ticket, but cant login to my support account. My normal account and forum account both work fine, but when i try to login to the support site, neither clicking on the "Log in" button, nor pressing enter does anything. I tried it with and without vpn, in my region or another region, nothing lets me log in. Also i know that the account works, because i used it many times.
Because i dont even get anything when i type in false informations, no error, no reaction at all, i dont think its an account issue, but a problem from the site itself.
Does anyone else have this problem? I vaguely remember having this problem before, but cant find anything on it again... and im not 100% sure anymore, so i dont know how to fix it now if i did at some point.

ZOS_BilladminIf you're unable to log into the support site please try the following troubleshooting:- Check your browser's ad-blocker and set it to allow requests from help.elderscrollsonline.com (add it to the whitelist)
- Use a different browser
If you are still unable to log into the ESO support website, you can contact support by following the steps below:- Visit the account recovery page and select the option that best describes your issue
- Enter what you can remember about your account in the Account Information fields.
- If you are currently using a different email than the one that is associated with your ESO game account, please select "I cannot be reached at this email" and enter that in the "Provide a valid email address where we may reach you." line.
- In the Additional Comments box, please include a brief description of your issue.
- When you have finished filling out the form, click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

Avrael✭✭✭✭Disabling adblock let me log in now, tried it before with adblock to make sure it still didnt work.
