There's another thread about this, called "How do yu kill this thing?" Try reading through it for any helpful tips.

I don't know why I can't pass second phase, I don't see any cue( I don't have problem with other monster, I can see cue while fighting them), suddenly I took so many damage which almost instant kill me. I really don't know what is happening.

Are you getting lag? What does the death recap say?

Find the horse you'd taken-- such as where it's waiting by the wayshrine outside of Wayrest-- and see if you can travel back to the Dragonguard's hidden spot where you first got the grappling hook. From there, you might be able to take a different horse to wherever you had left off.
If you absolutely need to, try abandoning the quest to see if you can restart it-- but before trying that, try using the horses.
As for surviving the flaming dragon spit, try using food or drink to improve your health recovery, or try changing armor to something that offers more protection.
