theres allways problems with all mmo's but eso in my opinion is not broken, it just has things that many of us disagree about in the mechanics, but, you wouldnt be able to logg in if it was completely broken.
please be more expansive in what you claim is broken.

Yes, because it isn't broken. Games that are actually broken won't even launch... or if they do crash so often that completing it is impossible. But sure, hyperbole is all the rage these days. "Broken" doesn't actually mean broken, it just means "something I don't like exists in this game so I'm gonna to complain about it because reasons."
