[BUG PC-NA] My Raven Wreath Is Stuck Inside My Wraith Home Wall By The Entrance Door

I attempted to place a Raven Wreath from the Hollow Jack furnishing set on my Wraith Home Wall next to my doorway on the right side if you are looking at the entrance from the inside. I accidentally got too close to the wall and it got stuck inside the wall. I can't grab it to pull it further toward me. I can't grab it at all. It won't highlight white or anything with the Housing Editor:

On the other side, I placed a second Raven Wreath correctly the way I want it. I want the one on the right to be at the same height and sitting on the wall correctly instead of inside the wall the way it is like this:

Now that I'm looking at it. Even the one on the left is a little too close to the wall. It needs moved out just a tad. I will take care of that later. The point is I can grab that one. I don't know what to do except file this bug report and hope that someone can help me out. I guess worst case scenario it is just stuck there, but I am not happy about it. I have never had this problem with the Housing Editor before.

Does PC not have retrieval tab? On console you can tab across to retrieve menu and retrieve any item you have placed in your home

I guild mate managed to find a solution to the problem. You can recall items that you have placed if something like this happens. I found the two wreaths and recalled them, and was able to then press T to put them on the surface. After that I was able to reach them.
