Hello,

I would like to hear your opinions or recommendations for Graphics or re-shade mod that would make a game a bit more vivid and colorful, with a bit more contrast, but primary colorful and vibrant.
The settings details that I'm using a default Ultra with Shadows on High only and I found it a little bit too pale and dreary.

I found this screenshot on Internets but it explains it well, it is not much different:

I'm looking at stuff at Nexus as SummersetFX or Pristine Colors, as you can imagine, it looks much better:

I would like to hear opinions from more experienced players who had an opportunity to test different mods, which do you like the most and looks best by your opinion, and also the ones you did not had issues with.

Thank you.

First I would recommend you to install the Daybreak mod. Just the part that dials back the fog in the game. The fog in the game has always been to thick, too close and Daybreak pushes it further back without eliminating it completely (the distant landscapes are just too ugly to get rid of the fog completely.)

Then I would grab Plushenko Light version for Reshade. It has a nice LUT and other stuff that I use, and then I add and subtract what I don't like. Generally I like things that mimic how my eye perceives scenery but shy away from the shaders that mimic camera problems. Here are a few screen shots (honestly not the best shots but I only had a few minutes to grab what I could):

I use a UI mask to prevent the UI from having all these effects applied to it (especially bloom), so in the after shot you can actually see the areas in the top right and bottom left where the minimap and chat box usually reside, in addition to a few other areas if you look closely.

Eye adaptation really adds a lot to the feel of the scenery, but you can't see it in a screenshot.

I'm not exactly experienced, but the ones I'm using are Vibrance for the colour, LumaSharpen + a tiny bit of GaussianBlur to make the textures nicer (it might look counterintuitive, but I think it looks great) and AmbientLight for that extra bit of a special something. Never had issues with any of them.

I like "dark" games a lot, but even for me ESO looks like I view it through a dusty lens sometimes.

Pointless showing us this. We can't download it unless we sign up and I'm never signing up for something just for a setting..

    Speak for yourself
A lot of people here (such as myself) already have nexus accounts so no, it's not pointless
