I just made a terrible mistake.
I (and 2 others) left a group in a dungeon (Crypt of hearts 2) after we were done, and one didnt get the quest, because the timer would kick him out before the NPCs were done talking. I had that happen to me so many times myself back when i was low level, and i feel terrible now.
What purpose does this stupid timer serve, other then ruin peoples days and make them frustrated? To just steal away a quest from them/us? How about its time that we can stay as long in a dungeon as we want to after leaving the group instinctively, maybe make a portal, or a synergy, or something that teleports you out when you want to leave? So others can stay in and wait for the 20min of talking from a quest to finish it?
Or just make the quest finish instantly after finishing the last boss, and make all the annoying talking optional? Or best of all, how about both?
Its just a terrible mechanic all around, and i know many people already have spoken out against it, but i just have to say something myself now that ive witnessed it again.
