Vampire Passives + Concealed Weapon IV Not Working

With my vampire passives and concealed weapon equipped I should be running in stealth which was the case up until about 20 mins ago. Now I am sneaking around as if I did not have these. The only change I made was becoming and ESO+ member and adding the Furious personality which should not have changed anything. I have unequipped the personality, logged out and back in again and still have the same issue.

Anyone else having issues with this?

Never mind, seems I feed while trying to use the blade of woe and it took me down to stage 3 which is why LOL
