LOVED the Grappling Hooks

I loved them too! After 5 years of playing, new additions to game mechanics - even simple ones - feel like a fresh breeze.

Can I count them to reappear in new DLC

lol...HATED the grappling hooks. Could never see where they needed to be shot(in the tutorial part) and kept falling off things. They weren't so bad in the actual quests.

Absolutely loved them, and would like to see more things added like this- such as parkour spots. It would make thieving and the assassins skill line feel more exciting. Would REALLY love some additions to the justice system where you can break into places through windows or yank yourself up onto rooftops with the hooks. And use them as a method of escape as well.

That's the problem with the GH. You have to locate THE specific post or its worthless.

You should be able to target the top of a wall or rock structure anywhere and have it work.

Agree, it's just a dumb gimmick if we can only use it on Grappling Hook Post. Let me attach it to a tree on top of any of the inevitably numerous cliffs in S. Elsweyr, then we'd have something truly cool. Otherwise it's just going to be a quest gimmick that makes them more annoying.

A way to bypass siege mechanics in Cyrodiil? Make grappling points break after 4-6 uses and have a cooldown before being usable again. Could be fun
