Streak Bug..again?

Just wondering if anyone has the feeling or experienced the streak bug on Sorcs again. I know this was real bad some time ago, and it was supposedly fixed after many weeks of gathering data about it. I think it's back again in Cyrodiil as I've suddenly been stopped in my tracks after using it. No debuffs on me, heck, not even in combat. Do we need to restart the long process of getting this fixed yet AGAIN!?!?

    It's never really gone away. The bug coupled with the poor performance in Cyrodil since this PTS Cycle it has really reared it's ugly head again.

    For quite some time after the last fix... imo it had. Idk, I'm just noticing it more and more right now. This is on live btw. Not PTS.

    Streak bug never left - it's so common atm, around 1 in 5 streaks approx. when in close-quarters combat
