A quest complaint/request

So, I'm in Eastmarch and take up the quest, "Torn Asunder." In this quest, I'm supposed to find the remains of dead daughters by deciphering the clues from a journal.

Then the locations appear on my map.

This bugs me. What is the point of deciphering the clues if you're just going to put the locations on the map? Kind of defeats the purpose, don't you think?

My request is that there be some way to turn this OFF, so the map will not show such things. Perhaps it's already possible, even with an addon. In any case, I think this needs to be addressed.

Because sometimes clues are for a location/zone and the map marker doesn't give you the exact location, just a circular zone to search.
Granted in this particular quest you get too many clues. But without an area to first narrow your search you'd end up Googling where to go in Eastmarch.

MMOs need to be dumbed down... at least the devs think so, because even people with 30 IQ can be players that give them money. The illusion of clues is just to appeal to the skyrim players that thought/think this is just online skyrim.

Because if the puzzles in the game were made even slightly more difficult the whinging & moaning & complaining would be unbearable. 😉
