Bouldertree refuge
I bought it as cheap storage (186.000 gold for 200/400 slots).
Then used existing parts from my bank-storage to build a small overview tower. Still half of the slots free.
I meanwhile like it so much, that I will use another house as "storage only".
The tower covers completely the center tree-house, so at first moment you might not recognize where you are.
