The one thing I will give ESO credit for it not going p2w. If AAU decides to go p2w, though, everyone will just quit immediately.1 -

What?No lol. The reason I will play AAU is not because I'm throwing a ''tantrum'' at how ESO monetizes things, Its because I would have NEVER made the switch to ESO to begin with, if AA wasn't pay to win back in the day.(and ESO was very consumer friendly with their tamriel unlimited steam release)
I'm considering AA because it was already a good PvP game, and now it finally makes a serious effort at not being pay to win, and I need to get rid of my PTSD from ESO. Looking at ESO, they took my favourite class and made it into a tank with wet noodle as a weapon. Absolutely no build diversity or skill diversity left with constant nerfs to literally everything I used, which ruined the best part of ESO for me: theorycrafting and satisfying combat. I've had so many builds , so many playstyles, ruined by constant nerfs that I don't even want to bother making a build anymore.
Right now, the best part of AA for me is that changing ''classes'' doesn't require making a new alt. Actually AA does not really have ''classes'' , you select 3 different skill lines nd create your own customized class. Much better than how ESO handles it honestly. Its truly ''play as you want''.
Armor balance is also done a lot better , as each armor type have a weakness to it but I'm not going to go too much into detail. I'm not here to change your mind, I'm simply explaining why I'm making the switch and where ESO failed.
And while you might say that , ESO is currently on a process eof completely rworking their combat system, and we as a community should be patient with the new combat team, Its easy for you to say, you're not the one who'll be stuck spamming stonefist or power bash as a result of their horrible changes after all.Edited by Ragnarock41 on October 12, 2019 7:48PM2 -

stop playing eso then. problem solved. binge once on netflix instead if you need a fix.
