I am new to Crafting almost got a Char to do master writs soon,
I am looking to buy Sealed Master writs what is a good price that you guys pay for?
The per voucher price varies wildly depending on the writ.
I'm on PC/NA, so these prices apply here.
For alchemy/enchanting/provisioning... you can sell from 1000-2000g/voucher. This is because people are using them to level up characters (excepting the hakeijo enchanting and perfect roe provisioning). In these cases, the LOWER voucher ones sell for a higher per-voucher cost.
For blacksmithing/woodworking/clothing... the typical per voucher cost to sell will change depending on the crafting cost of the writ itself. I've found that a "total" price of about 700-900g/voucher seems to be the sweet spot. So, if the writ costs 500g per voucher to make, you can sell it for 200-400g per voucher. The LARGER voucher items can usually go for the higher range because people are willing to pay a slight premium for convenience.
For jewelry... I can't even sell blue writs for 50g a voucher right now... purple and gold are okay to sell, but you're only going to get 100-200g/voucher for them.
If you are on the PC Tamriel Trade Center will give you snap shots of what is available at guild stores and a selling range. Due to it being based on players accessing stores it is not complete but it works well for finding the lowest prices at the listed guild stores. By using it regularly you should get a feel for what is a good price and what is not.
Last I asked around, PC(NA) benchmark price was based on what someone could buy from the voucher store and sell it for.
So, if 1 million is a reliable price you can sell a Transmute Station (1250 vouchers), then the benchmark price is around 800 per voucher (less because of guild store fees).
That means people will be leery of buying a writ if the net cost to them -- mats and purchase price -- is too close to 800/voucher because they won't have enough margin.
That said, there is a power-levelling strategy involving doing easy writs, so the easy Alchemy / Enchanting ones can go for much higher because people are buying XP, not vouchers.
Price depends on several variables: quality, required set, required trait and rarity of the motif page asked.
Price also depends on plaftorm and server.
When in doubt, just take a look at traders in the major cities (capitols) to have an idea about the price range.
