could not find selected item on trader and lost money

So I was looking for flowers and found some mother of pearl at good price but there were someone shoping at the same time than me and he also bought it so when i clicked it gave the could not find item message my money got deducted each time and when i quited there where a small gold icon at the bottom right with 7,6k but i did not got the money back, so no money no items, well to be hundred per cent sure i should have to reproduce it but i am preaty sure that is what happened because i looked at how the last one i bought reduced the money and at how much gold was left.
