Currently it lays a aoe on the ground people can stand in. Will it ever change to center around the player and can move?

    It won't make a huge difference, tanks spend 99% of their time stationary. If your tank is dancing around the room, no set changes will help him.

    Sometimes Warden procs as tank is getting into position which is a bit inconvenient, but it doesn't take long for Warden to re-proc where it should be.

    I was wondering about this change regarding a pvp standpoint.

    If it will be attached to host, you"ll always see it in ballgroups, probably more than one set.
