Have crown exclusive houses ever get sale or ESO+ member discount?

I wonder is it worth it to wait for houses reappear with a sale or should i just submit ticket to purchase them

    Yes, they do go on sale sometimes; both the Linchal Grand Manor and Pariah's Pinnacle reappeared in the Crown Store this year for their respective events, and each at a discounted price. That being said, it's not something I'd bank on, as it's a relatively new thing, and hard to plan for. They advertized in the Crown Store Showcase that Pariah's Pinnacle would return on sale, but didn't include that helpful fact in the Showcase that mentioned Linchal's return, so I blew Crowns I would have saved had I known. Happily, the support team helped me with refunds so I could afford Linchal.

    Black Friday sees a lot of Crown-exclusive homes reappear at a discount, but if I remember correctly, the discount last year was only for unfurnished versions.

    Also, keep in mind that if you buy a home via a support ticket, they'll only offer it to you entirely unfurnished, as in zero items included. It's a pain, but better than nothing, I suppose.
