Iirc the update from Matt that pinned here says that the servers upgrading would come with update 24 and then Q1 of 2020. I've read most of the patch notes and it didnt mention any of it. Did i miss something?

✭✭✭✭✭They have laid out their roadmap and pinned the discussion thread so it is easy to find. Not sure what more is desired but I doubt they will delve into more detail as it is really not necessary. All we really care about is the end effect.

If you’re talking about your ping that is affected by everything from neighborhood infrastructure and switched between your home and the servers as well as things sever side.
A few years ago my provider told me everything was fine even though I was being DCed constantly. The local tech found 4 issues and after they were fixed I no longer had issues.0
