Travel to housing to get kicked from game

This is getting old just today trying to travel to my home ive put upwards of 700 dollars into ive been kicked out of game and im not talk 1or 2 times but 5 times now in an 5 minute time spand im playing on ps4 na can we get some control over this because as said ive PAID LOTS OF REAL MONEY THATS LOCKED FROM USE DO TO THIS

You see what their response is remove your items and STOP BUYING HOUSING OR ANYTHING ON CROWN STORE AS WE DONT value you as a customer0
