[api proposal] map ping replacement

I dont know if zos ever see this, but maybe some how...

The proposal is: make hidden same-as-group-chat-channel, and api function with permissions to write there.
So people can make their addons with data share NORMAL way, instead of ridiculous map ping "protocol"

Technically it must be VERY EASY, because chat channel functions are already exists (lol).
U can even make messages throttling on client/api side to reduce chat system load.
