Does anyone else have no Audible Dialogue with Elsweyr NPCs?

Since Wrathstone came out, my Husband has had the silent treatment in certain areas of Elsweyr. The main Elsweyr questline has audio and the dragons are suitably noisy. The Lair of Maarselok, Moongrave Fane and now the Characters of the Prologue quest are, however, silent. You hear all the combat in the 2 dungeons but not the quest dialogue. The same is now happening with Sai Sahan, Kumira etc. I had to switch his subtitles on so he can read the dialogue instead. Strangely enough, the grappling bow is also silent. I checked the sliders and all the effects, dialogue etc are max. Just everything related to the new DLC audio is silent. Any ideas?

Repair game, re-download? No idea otherwise

Anyway though, Maarselok and Moongrave Fane are later DLCs than Elsweyr, so sounds (no pun intended) like whatever happened happened before Scalebreaker but after Wrathstone / Elsweyr?

Yup, looks like that's what happened. The game has been repaired so it's not that. Weird.
