Guilds and Guild Functionality section needed

It's been asked time an again to get us a section for Guilds and Guild Functionality. Asking again to give us an area fitting to post communications related to the section. As it is we have to take a guess as to what forum section to post to, then the posting get buried quickly if it's in general, seen by few in crafting or housing and ignored on pts.

Saw @ZOS_GinaBruno use Guilds and Guild Functionality in the recent patch notes and thought that is a great description of the section we need. Five years is long enough, it's about time to grant us some organization on the forums for this.

There is additions to the game that ZOS has added from forums suggestions. They just don't comment or acknowledge they have seen things. This gets to be very frustrating as it makes them to be viewed as uncaring of the community. ZOS needs to improve from the wall of silence to even just an occasional comment, acknowledgement or clarification.

With a Guilds and Guild Functionality section it's in one place to be viewed. Greater chance that ZOS too will see it instead of buried by the masses.

Lack of response during black sunday , uncapablity of implementing interim correction action quickly, not listening hundreds of feedbacks in "specific" guild bid thread in pts section already, not listening multi bid comments before and after u23.

    quality of life.

I trust zos on game content and story, and their promises to fix performance. I dont trust them with guild stuff, I have enough experience not to.

edit: I forget to add blaming add-ons.

We're a loud crowd no matter where we post. I'm sure they see us. What they do (or don't do) with our feedback is up to them.

There's lots to be gained by staying in the General category. It adds transparency by helping other players see what we're asking for/struggling with managing guilds. It gives us a front & center spot when things go spectacularly wrong (ex: guild history being turned off, the PCEU kiosk fiasco).

I fear having our own section, while helpful for organizing thoughts, would actually diminish us. If we had our own section, it would be the perfect spot to banish threads of high importance, thus sweeping our concerns under the proverbial rug.

You have to ask what we could possibly gain. In our own section, we could echo-chamber that we want x, we don't want x. We could argue over the minutia of UI design and system mechanics... But we all know from this summer that those requests, even when we reach a near-consensus, fall on deaf ears.

So, I ask again, what could we gain?

(And no, it's not going to stop other people from derailing our threads. Trolls will troll.)
