Two wrong inconsistent texts/values on skill/character with screenshots.

I thought it would be easir to display this inconsistencies here on the forum.
First text says 12%, second text (resume) says 15%:
Similar here, first text (skill) says 2%, character screen for same skill after applied says 3%:
