Crashed for the 2nd time in Glenumbra.My fault for trying to access the Event merchant during an Event I guess. Or even just trying to play ESO during an event. How silly of me.

Guess I won't be getting any Event Tickets. Back to other games it is then.

I was fine until I went to stone falls and the merchant. Didn’t buy anything but crashed. Since then crashed 2 more times - once in Stonefalls next in Deshan

LOL, I did all Elsweyr dailies, killed lots of dragons, had no issues at all in Northern Elsweyr. I ported to Davon's Watch to check out what the Impresario had for sale, browsed, then as soon as I tried to preview Cadwell's sword, the game froze and crashed.

So, yeah, looks like we should stay away from the Impresario until this gets sorted.

Just had a crash when activating the berries to create the Onyx Indrik. Crashed right before the animation where it appears, though the actual creation went fine (it was in my mounts when I relogged).

Same stuff. Crashed when crafted new indrik. Now this char crashes every time I enter the world within 5 secs.

1. The game crashed in the middle of the Onyx Indrik creation animation.
2. I relogged and a few moments later the game crashed when I pressed 'U' (collections) to see the status of the 4 berries. The game crashed immediately on pressing 'U' and I did not see the collections.
3. I relogged and moved away from the Impresario and did nothing other than look in my inventory and review my currency tab to see if the 10 tickets had been used (they had). After about 10 seconds of standing there (pressing no buttons), the game crashed. I was still within sight of the Impresario (Auridon), but fairly far away.
4. I relogged and immediately traveled to one of my homes. Here, I was able to view in collections that the berries were gone and the Onyx Indrik mount had been created.

I crashed after buying one of the Onyx berries. It prompted that it was added to my collectibles, then the game crashed.

Same crashes happening on Mac with me too. After some testing it looks like the new onyx indrik causes it, looking at the crash log (see more: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/496272/game-crashing-at-impressario) At the look of call stack in the crash log which has the last few calls in the AudioManager it might be something to do with the sound of the new indrik, or how that it handled by the game.

Edit: just a question from my experience as software engineer. Have you guys deployed the sound file of the new indrik with the last patch or it was accidentally left out, so now the game try to access a non existing sound record and crashing when it cannot?

PC NA. Crashed in store menu of Auridon Empressario twice. Logged in on same character third time to flee the Empressario area and crashed within a couple seconds of loading. Logged on to a diff character in Elden Root and did a solo pledge no problem at all. Certainly seems related to being near one of the event Empressarios I figure.

In case it's relevant my game just crashed three times in a row, twice when interacting with The Impressario and once while standing next to her. I was able to speak to her and navigate the menu but the first time it crashed when I tried to preview the indrik pet, and the second time when I purchased a berry.

The purchase appeared to succeed, I saw the berry in the menu turn red, heard the 'coins' sound play and the number of tickets in my wallet dropped from 12 to 2. Then the game crashed. But when I logged back in the berry was indeed in my collection.

The third time I was just standing beside her with the Collection's menu open (having verified that I did get the berry). I was actually tabbed out of the game (which I play windowed) writing this post.

For what it's worth my game is normally very stable, I don't go to Cyrodiil much but very rarely get crashes even when there's lots of people fighting a boss or something similar, so this many crashes in a row is very unusual for me. I suspect it's related to the Impressario, partially because two crashes were while buying from her and partially because immediately before this (after the event started) I was in Summerset on my crafter and completed all the daily crafting writs, sold stuff to a merchant, deposited stuff in the bank and added stuff to my guild store all without trouble.

Edit: Or maybe not just related to the Impressario. I logged back into the same character, teleported to Mournoth Keep, went outside and double clicked one of the berries to summon my Onyx Indrik. I got the notification that it was unlocked and the summoning animation started, then the game crashed just as it was about to appear. Edit 2: But I did get the indrik.

Continuous crashes when I'm near the Impressario, but I was just able to play Elsweyr without a single crash. Killed 11 dragons. Yay.

Unfortunately, the Impressario is having a severe problem right now, though.

I also have some problems on the EU-Servers.
If the Dragons spawns and the players begin to attack him, I´ll get a ping over 999+ and the game kicks me out, after I hit him some times. - Never had something like that before.
