I cant find that addon on minion but can find it on esoui.com is there a reason for that ?

It might be because it is under the "discontinued and outdated" category. I still have it installed and use it for the dialog changes and it works. I don't use the option to automatically switch between 1st and 3rd person views, so not sure if that still works.
