The MQ folks were just awful.
Lyris Titanborn, best bodyguard in the empire, can't tank.
Abnur Tharn, Imperial Battlemage, has the light attack thing down, but doesnt have a good rotation at all.
Sai Sahan, nearly a sword sage, really needs a bow back bar if he wants to be a proper damage dealer.
The Summerset Psijics limited themselves to spamming time stop, which at least was mildly useful when attacking mtiple enemies.
The only useful companion I've had wasDarien from Summersetbecause of the synergy effect.
But hey, if we do get combat companions, I vote we name one of them Lydia. She will carry our burdens and block all the doorways.
Because lag, I am guessing...Why no combat companions?

It would be beneficial. I realise not using them in PvP should be a pre-requisite but for solo questing they could be very handy and add a bit of life into solo travails/grind. Is there a reason why this can't be done?

It would be cool.
Though I would prefer they add a system similar to SWTOR - where you can recruit NPC companions to fight with you. A system like this would also help them to develop their characters more and make the story move involving.

I miss Lydia. And Jordis.
